Agreement: By using AppexMalteq Global services, you agree to comply with all stated policies and conditions.
Service Scope: All services are delivered strictly based on agreed requirements and documented scope.
User Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback to avoid delays.
Intellectual Property: All project materials remain the property of AppexMalteq Global until full payment is completed.
Third-Party Services: AppexMalteq Global is not responsible for failures caused by external services such as hosting providers or payment gateways.
Modification Rights: AppexMalteq Global reserves the right to update or modify services and policies at any time.
Payments
All payments must be completed as agreed before delivery.
Limitation of Liability
AppexMalteq Global shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any damages resulting from system failures, delays, or third-party service disruptions.
While we strive to deliver high-quality and reliable services, we do not guarantee that our services will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Clients agree that the use of our services is at their own risk.
In all circumstances, AppexMalteq Global's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
1. Payment Terms:
All payments for services offered by AppexMalteq Global must be made
according to the agreed project terms. A minimum upfront
deposit of 60% is required before any project work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion or before
final delivery, depending on the agreement.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
Bank Transfer
Mobile Payments (Opay, PalmPay, etc.)
Online Payment Gateways (if applicable)
All payments must be made to official AppexMalteq Global accounts only.
3. Pricing & Quotations
All prices provided are based on project requirements and scope.
Quotes are valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise stated.
Any additional features or changes requested after project
commencement may attract extra charges.
4. Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be considered if AppexMalteq Global is
unable to deliver the agreed service.
No refunds will be issued for completed or delivered work.
5. Late Payments
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
AppexMalteq Global reserves the right to withhold final files, access, or
deployment until full payment is received.
6. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started, the
initial deposit will be retained to cover work already completed.
Additional charges may apply depending on the stage of the project.
7. Subscription & Ongoing Services (if applicable) For services such as hosting, maintenance, or digital marketing:
Payments must be made in advance (monthly or yearly).
Failure to renew may result in service interruption or termination.
8. Ownership & Delivery
Full ownership of completed work is transferred only after full
payment is made.
AppexMalteq Global reserves the right to showcase completed projects in
its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
9. Currency:
All payments are to be made in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing.
10. Policy Updates
AppexMalteq Global reserves the right to update this payment policy at
any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
By engaging AppexMalteq Global's services, you agree to abide by this
payment policy.
